Jonathan Daglish is a composer and software/sample library developer based in Cardiff, United Kingdom.
Recently Jonathan has had projects with and for Lorne Balfe, Native Instruments, BMG Production Music, Universal Production Music, music for BBC Radio, European Association of Conservatoires, Jordan Rees, From The Fields’ ‘Christmas at Bute Park’, BBC Wales, The Gate Theatre; London and orchestras and various ensembles at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
Jonathan was awarded a grant from the Universal Music UK Sound Foundation towards his work and has had projects he’s been part of publicised in publications including Sound on Sound magazine, Modern Pianist Magazine and is a featured alumni of South West Music school, one of six Centres of Advanced Training outside the UK music Conservatoires. Jonathan is also a licensed sample library developer with industry leader Native Instruments (NKS 3rd Party Developer) and works at Audio Imperia as Product Manager, creating cinematic based composing tools used by composers around the world including Lorne Balfe, James Everingham and Ramin Djawadi, coordinating and leading projects with Native Instruments including for Komplete 15, Budapest Scoring (Parasite, Star Wars: Rebels), Capellen Production Music (Two Steps from Hell), Performance Samples (Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, Loki, Godzilla vs. Kong), Clockwork Sessions (Dune) and Scott Michael Smith (Shazam, IT: Chapter 2, The Invisible Man).
