I’m incredibly lucky to be part of the team (as product development manager) at sample library developer Audio Imperia and worked on their latest romantic chamber strings release, Dolce in collaboration with Performance Samples. A fully comprehensive chamber sized string library with 7 1st Violins, 5 2nd Violins, 4 Violas, 3 Celli, 3 Double Basses and a wide range of articulations for each, recorded in more detail than before on any Audio Imperia sample library. As part of this product, I project managed the development and carried out further audio post production, scripting, additional feature implementation and NKS for Native Instruments. This product took an immense amount of work, and I’m incredibly happy it’s out and we can share it with the world. Read more about Dolce here.

I wrote a quick fun piece using Dolce in context called ‘Ruby Dawn’. All the strings in this demo (apart from the harp!) are from Dolce.
