I’m glad to have worked on Audio Imperia‘s tension string library ‘Constrictor’, recorded by Budapest Scoring. I’m incredibly lucky to be part of the team (as product development manager) at sample library developer Audio Imperia and was project manager for this, coordinating/overseeing all stages of development. This library was incredibly enjoyable to make, and a massive challenge, collating over 400 deeply sampled articulations into a usable, and easy to navigate system for film/games and TV composers to use in their productions with a range of brand new systems developed including custom scripting, our new ‘Multis’ system and some behind the scenes tools and new development methods. Read more about Constrictor here.
I was lucky to have a piece I wrote for Constrictor featured as an official demo for this product, suitably named ‘Keep The Lights On’. Also available on the Audio Imperia SoundCloud.
